The founder's personal attention is dedicated to your event because our catering services are limited to only a few events daily. As a result, you will always see Wickey, the Chef, and our dedicated staff at your event.

CEE, LLC ~ Wickey is committed to local farms and growers of organic and sustainable products. Fruits, meats, and vegetables are hand selected for each event. A total recycling program includes the recycling of event and production waste. All menu items are prepared fresh especially for your guests by the Wickey Cooking Team, from organic foods as available.

Quality for “value” or “over the top” is provided with the execution of every event.

About the Wickey Team

Wickey Helmick graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and became a caterer, first with United Airlines Dining Services at Washington National Airport. then as a small caterer in southern central Pennsylvania. After many years of successful events, his business grew into a large mid- Atlantic caterer serving south central Pennsylvania, Maryland, Delaware, Philadelphia, and the Washington, DC metro area. Events have been catered New York City, Western New York, Western and Northern Pennsylvania, Long Island New York, Connecticut, Martha's Vineyard, Jamaica, Eastern Shore Maryland, and Southern Virginia. Distance is never a factor of quality of menu and service.
