Wine Services

• Regular Glassware appropriate to your event
• All Glassware and Barware

• Sommelier Wine Pourers
  Dedicated to just wines and a substantial benefit to the caterer’s staff not having to worry about the wine: pouring the right wine in the right glass at the right time.
• Sommeliers
  Sommeliers to manage, pour, re-pour, place and remove glassware, uncork wines, breath wines, manage wines for minimal waste at end of event
• Wine Glass Management
  Pouring the right wine in the correct glass when multiple wines are served at a dinner or tasting
• Bar Glassware Management
  Providing correct numbers of designated glassware, and managing for set-up, serving and clearing
• Uniforms
  Black tuxedo jacket and tie with silver chained wine or Contemporary attire to coordinate with event design
• Tasting Cup
